Public Address

Picture
The artists of Public Address count among themselves curators, poets, sculptors, performers, photographers (all of them thinkers) who variously concern themselves about matters of history, social and environmental justice, beauty and whimsy, and always about how people and their environments intersect.

This image is from an exhibit at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido (CCAE). It was from the exhibit entitled "DesEscondido" No longer Hidden in 2018. In particular this photo was in our Ofrenda area and we had just toasted Petar Perisic who was just one of our members who had passed. There was also Joyce Cutler Shaw, Aida Mancillas, all who are very missed.

I have been part of Public Address since its inception in 1997.
