Charcuterie We will make the board too! Taste-learn by sampling some items and choosing recipes to take home.
The boards will be prepped for your design work. I have some templates for wood-burning that might start things off, especially for people unfamiliar with wood-burning (pyrographics). I see this as fun, casual and easy. Sort of a cross between culinary arts and decorative art, mixed with conversations.
Charcuterie is most usually associated with sliced meats. In this class I want to show off the plant based side of that with lots of vegetables, sauces and the introduction to ‘alternative’ meats. Isn’t this sampling the best way to introduce healthy foods to one’s diet?
Eat what you learn!
This class is for 2 to 6 people. It runs for 2 1/2 hours around lunch time. The cost is $95.00 or two friends for $80.00 each.
