Brown Air Field, 1500 Heritage Road.
Located four miles from the worlds' busiest border-crossing, this installation addresses border issues ad make subtle references to movement and travel. The price utilizes triangular flags cut from sheet metal. Painted and embossed with bilingual text. Mounted on poles, the turn with the wind, creating a metaphor for direction and change.
